From a clear brief to useful work

How We Work

See how Busicus scopes projects, reviews working releases and prepares for launch. Clear responsibilities for software, websites and growth engagements.

Shared direction

Clear decisions before development. Visible progress during delivery.

A project starts with the change your business needs: a dependable operational workflow, a better customer experience or a more effective route to market. Busicus works with clients in Bangladesh and abroad to turn that need into a scope both teams can review. The process connects business discovery, design, implementation and learning from real use.

The delivery process

Decisions made together.
Progress you can review.

  1. Discover the problem and the people around it

We review the audience, current workflow, existing systems and the decision you want to improve. Sample records, customer questions and access to the people doing the work make discovery concrete. For a marketing engagement, this includes the offer, landing pages and available search or conversion data.

Your review: agree the problem, stakeholders, constraints and a useful way to assess progress.

  2. Agree the scope and responsibilities

We describe the proposed first release or campaign, its deliverables and the work that is excluded. The plan identifies dependencies such as content, account access, integrations and internal approvals. Costs, milestones, ownership and support arrangements belong in the agreement so neither team needs to infer them later.

Your review: confirm priorities, acceptance criteria and who approves each decision.

  3. Review working progress

Designs and working increments provide opportunities to check the direction before a large amount of work accumulates. We test the important journeys and make issues visible. When a new requirement changes the scope, its effect on effort and timing should be agreed before implementation.

Your review: provide consolidated feedback and validate representative workflows with the relevant users.

  4. Prepare people and systems for launch

Launch readiness includes forms, permissions, data, content, tracking and operational ownership as applicable. An ERP rollout needs trial migration and user readiness; a website needs working links and enquiry paths; an advertising launch needs budget controls and measurement checks. Each project has an appropriate release checklist.

Your review: approve readiness, confirm access and identify the people handling early questions.

  5. Improve from evidence

After launch, real use exposes the next useful improvements. Depending on the agreement, that may include issue resolution, a product backlog, content updates or campaign optimisation. Maintenance and ongoing growth support are scoped explicitly, with responsibilities and review points.
